Eligibility Criteria:
● Startup should be in validation, prototype, MVP, or revenue stage.
*Fee & Charges:
● Lakshm shall be entitled to 1–5% equity in the startup upon successful fundraising through its investor network and associated channels.
● Any startup readiness, advisory, documentation support services requested from the Lakshm team may be provided separately and subject to applicable professional fees.
