Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Lakshm Techo AI Private Limited (“Lakshm“, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), we believe in being clear and honest about our payment processes.

This policy explains when you can cancel or request a refund for fees paid to apply for our programs, including: Founder Enablement Hub – A program to help founders build sustainable businesses; Fundraising Advisory Desk – A program to help founders connect with investors to raise funding for their startups and businesses. Please read this policy carefully before you apply.

Application and Association Fee

You must pay a non-refundable Application Fee of INR 2,999 (Indian Rupees Two Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Only). Additional fees may apply for other consulting services. This fee covers administrative and initial review costs. Paying this fee does not guarantee that you will be selected for the program, receive funding, or achieve any specific result.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have paid the fee and submitted your application, you cannot cancel. We do not accept cancellation requests for any reason, including:

Changing your mind, Illness or personal reasons, submitting incorrect or incomplete information, deciding not to continue with the program, not meeting eligibility requirements in your country or region and being disqualified or removed from the program.

Refund Policy

The application and association fees are strictly non-refundable. We will not issue refunds under any circumstances, including: You withdraw your application voluntarily. Your application is rejected at any stage. The review process takes longer than expected. You fail to complete the next steps, or you are disqualified or found ineligible.

Exception: Transaction Errors Only

  • A refund may be considered only in cases of a genuine and verifiable transaction error, such as:
  • You were charged twice due to a technical issue on our platform or payment gateway.
  • Money was deducted from your account even though the payment failed

How to Request a Refund (for Transaction Errors Only)

  • Notify us within 2 business days of the payment date. Include screenshots and the transaction ID.
  • If you do not notify us in time, you will not be eligible for a refund.

You must include:

  • Your full name, mobile number, and email address
  • Transaction ID/number
  • Payment date and amount
  • A short description of the issue
  • If we approve your refund (at our reasonable discretion), we will process it within 7 business days from the date of approval.
  • The refund will be sent back to the same payment method you used (credit card, bank account, UPI, etc.).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways, banks, or other financial systems.

  • Paying the application fee does not guarantee funding, investment, or any partnership with third-party investors or with us.
  • We may change this policy at any time without prior notice.
  • You should review this policy regularly to stay updated.

Continuing to use our platform or services after changes are made means you accept the updated policy.
